Each unique cocktail recipe was selected to represent Casa Fierro’s authentic personality and enhance our bacanora’s singular profile.
PERFECT SERVE
While Casa Fierro’s versatility allows it to be used in most agave spirit cocktails, this perfect serve, inspired by Sonora’s agricultural history, allows you to fully appreciate the complexity and unique flavour profile of Casa Fierro:
Serve neat paired with frozen green table grapes.

GENERAL GARCÍA
45 ml Casa Fierro Bacanora Blanco
45 ml Watermelon and raspberry juice
20 ml Rosemary syrup
20 ml Lime juice
Glassware: Old-Fashioned
Ice: Large cube
Garnish: Skewer of raspberries on a rosemary twig
Preparation technique:
Place all the ingredients in a shaker, add ice, chill, serve after double straining and decorate.
FORBIDDEN FRUIT
45 ml Casa Fierro Bacanora Blanco
15 ml Green Chartreuse
45 ml Natural green apple juice
20 ml Lime juice
15 ml Simple syrup
1 Dash celery bitters
Glassware: Martini or Coupette
Garnish: Dried apple
Preparation technique: Cool the glassware with some ice. Put all the ingredients in a shaker, add ice, shake and chill. Serve after double straining and decorate.
DESERT NIGHTS
50 ml Bacanora Blanco Casa Fierro
25 ml Strawberry-Infused Aperol
15 ml Vermuth Cocchi Rosa
25 ml Prosecco
Glassware: Old Fashioned
Garnish: Orange Twist
Ice: Cube
Preparation Technique:
Place the ingredients in a mixing glass, except the Prosecco. Chill, serve, top with Prosecco, stir lightly with a bar spoon, flavour with an orange twist and decorate.
